Die Stadt Stellenbosch ist das eingentliche Zentrum der Kap Weinregion. Die heutige Universitätsstadt wurde von Simon van der Stel 1679 gegründet und ist der zweitälteste Ort Südafrikas. Die Lage zwischen Jonkershoek und Simonsberg sind für den Weinanbau ideal und haben die führenden Weingüter Südafrikas hervorgebracht. Inmitten dieser weltbekannten Weinberge liegt exponiert das Delaire Graff Estate direkt unterhalb der Botmanskoop Berge. Das in Südafrika berühmte Weingut, erzeugt auf über 20 Hektar Merlot und Cabernet Trauben für ihre preisgekrönten Rotweine die der Bordeaux Tradition folgen, sowie Chardonnay und Sauvingnon Blanc für die feinen Weissweine und Cap Classics.

Das Weingut ist eine Topadresse für Winetasting - Touren durch die Cape Winelands, nicht nur wegen der preisgekrönten Weine, die  überzeugen, sondern auch wegen der exklusiv und ansprechend gestalteten Tastingräume. Für das elegante Design zeichnet der bekannte Londoner Innenarchitekt David Collins verantwortlich, dessen Handschrift auch die Lodges, Suiten und Restaurants des Anwesens, kennzeichnen. 

Das Estate ist sehr bekannt und beliebt bei Tagesbesuchern, die die weitläufigen Gärten, die vom Landschaftarchitekten Keith Kirsten gestaltet wurden, durchstreifen und erkunden können. Der Eigentümer des Anwesens Laurence Graff ist internationaler Kunstsammler und hat überall in den Gärten, großformatige zeitgenössische Skulpturen platziert. Die aussergewöhnlichen Restaurants des Anwesens, sind nicht nur wegen der gerühmten Gourmetküche eine Attraktion, sondern in Verbindung der Innenarchitektur und den originalen Kunstobjekten, ein Gesamtkunstwerk an sich.

Delaire Graff bietet Übernachtungsgästen 10 herausragende Lodges und Suiten an, die über das weitläufige Areal verteilt sind, um eine angenehme und erholsame Privatsphäre zu gewährleisten. Delaire Graff bietet sehr exklusiv und mit allem Luxus ausgestattete Lodges in verschiedene Größen und Kategorien an. So gibt es die Deluxe, Superior und Luxury Lodges für je 2 Personen (ab  70 qm), die Owner's Villa für 8 Personen (660 qm ) und die Presidential Lodges für 4 Personen ( 130 qm ). Es erübrigt sich zu erwähnen, dass alle Unterkünfte höchstem Ausstattungsstandard entsprechen. Jede Unterkunft besticht durch sein individuelles Interior Design, das u.a. von bekannten Design-Studios ausgestaltet wurde. Auch verfügen alle Lodges über eigene beheizte Pools und wunderbare Terrassen mit Blick über die weitläufige Anlage und die nahegelegenen Simonsberge.

Stellenbosch is the heart of the Cape Wine Country. Today's university town is the second oldest town in South Africa, founded in 1679 by Simon van der Stel. The location between Jonkershoek and Simonsberg is ideal for wine growing and has produced the leading wineries in South Africa. Amidst these world-famous vineyards, the Delaire Graff Estate is located just below the Botmanskoop Mountains. This exeptional South African winery produces over 20 acres of Merlot and Cabernet grapes for its award-winning red wines following the Bordeaux tradition, as well as Chardonnay and Sauvingnon Blanc for its fine white wines and Cape Classics.

The winery is a top address for winetasting tours through the Cape Winelands, not only because of the award winning wines that impress every visitor, but also because of the exclusive and appealing tasting rooms. London designer David Collins, whose signature design also features the property's lodges, suites and restaurants, is responsible for the sleek design.

The Estate is well known and loved by day visitors who roam and explore the sprawling gardens designed by landscape architect Keith Kirsten. The owner of the property Laurence Graff is an international art collector and has placed large-format contemporary sculptures throughout the gardens. The extraordinary restaurants of the estate, are not only an attraction because of the famous gourmet cuisine, but in connection with the interior design and the original art objects, a total work of art in itself.

Delaire Graff offers overnight guests 10 outstanding lodges and suites spread out across the sprawling grounds to ensure a comfortable and relaxing privacy. Delaire Graff offers very exclusive and luxuriously appointed lodges in various sizes and categories. So there are the Deluxe, Superior and Luxury Lodges for 2 persons ( 70 square meter ), the Owner's Villa for 8 persons

( 660 square meters ) and the Presidential Lodges for 4 persons ( 130 square meters ). Needless to say, all accommodations are of the highest standard. Each accommodation has its own individual interior design, which ia. was designed by well-known design studios. All lodges have their own heated pools and wonderful terraces with views over the extensive grounds and the nearby Simonsberge.

Rates are per Lodge, per night and include luxury accommodation, full breakfast at Indochine or in the comfort of your Lodge, daily newspapers, mini bar, Nespresso coffee, wireless internet access, daily transfers to Stellenbosch town (subject to availability), laundry service, Delaire Graff wine tasting and each evening, guests enjoy sparkling wine with canapés in the comfort of the lodge.
